Putin in Mongolia, no arrest made - ablow to ICC

Despite international pressure, including calls from Ukraine and the European Union, Mongolia did not arrest Putin, highlighting the ICC's limited enforcement capabilities. This visit underscores challenges in holding powerful leaders accountable under international law and is seen as a significant setback for the ICC's credibility
