How to Record Calls on Tebtalks

Enabling/Disabling Call Recording

Start a call or join an ongoing call.

Look for the Record button, typically located in the top or bottom menu.

Click Record to start recording the call.

To stop recording, click the Stop Recording button.

Note: Participants may see a notification indicating that the call is being recorded.

Where to Access and Download Recorded Calls

After the call ends, go to your Tebtalks dashboard.

Click on the Recordings or Call History section.

Select the recording you’d like to access.

Click Download to save it to your device or Play to review it directly from the dashboard.

Tip: Recordings may be stored for a limited time depending on your Tebtalks plan.

Privacy Considerations When Recording Calls

Consent — Always inform participants that a call is being recorded to comply with privacy laws.

Notification — Tebtalks automatically notifies participants when a recording starts.

Storage — Recordings are stored securely on Tebtalks servers and accessible only to the call host unless shared.

Reminder: Check local regulations on call recording, as some areas require all participants to give consent before recording begins.
