Muting/Unmuting Participants
Open the Participants panel, typically found in the bottom or side menu.
Locate the participant’s name in the list.
Click the Mute or Unmute icon next to their name.
Optionally, you can mute all participants at once by clicking Mute All in the participant controls.
Tip: Muting participants is useful to reduce background noise during presentations.
Managing Permissions (Audio, Video, Screen Share)
Open the Participants panel.
Click on a participant’s name to view their permissions.
Use the following controls to manage participant permissions:
Audio — Allow or restrict the ability to unmute themselves.
Video — Enable or disable participant’s video.
Screen Share — Grant or revoke permission to share their screen.
Note: Permissions can be applied globally or to individual participants.
Removing or Blocking Users from the Call
Open the Participants panel.
Find the participant’s name in the list.
Click the More Options (three dots) icon next to their name.
Select Remove from Call to eject them from the session.
To block a user, select Block User to prevent them from rejoining the call.
Warning: Removing or blocking a participant is a permanent action for that session. For repeat offenders, you may consider adjusting the call’s privacy settings to prevent disruptions.
